This policy explains how Lake to Shore Properties ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website or talk with us by phone, text message (SMS) or email.

Information we collect

What you type into our form: your name, phone number, the property's address, the best time to call, and whether it's OK to text you
Your name, phone number, email address and mailing address when you call, text or email us
Details about your property and your plans for it, from our conversations
Your consent to receive texts (the date, time, phone number and how you agreed) and your message history with us

To keep spam out of our form, the page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use your information

To call you back, answer your questions and discuss buying your property
To text you about your property, including before we have spoken
To prepare an offer and, if you sell to us, to close the sale
To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to meet our legal obligations

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and our customer records system. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
People working on our behalf, such as callers who contact property owners for us. They may use your information only for our business, never their own.
The title company handling your sale, if you sign a contract with us.
A partner investor, if we assign your contract to one. Your contract will say whether that can happen, and we share only what's needed to close.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may text you about your property, including before we have spoken, and we text people who asked us to, for example by checking the box on our form. Texts may come from anyone on our team, sometimes from a personal phone. Reply STOP to any of us and none of us will text you again. Message and data rates may apply. If you apply to work with us

When you apply on our Join our team page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, state and time zone, what you tell us about your experience, and your voice recording. If you record in your browser, the recording stays on your device until you send the application.

We use your application only to consider you for the role and to contact you about it. Cody and Joel review it, and it is kept with the service providers that run our website, email and records system. We don't share applications with anyone else, and we don't sell them.

We keep applications only as long as we need them for hiring. To have yours deleted, reply to any email from us or call or text Cody at (503) 583-0062.

Security and how long we keep it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our records system. We keep information only as long as we need it to work with you, to complete a sale, and to keep the consent and opt-out records the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time. To see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, call or text Cody at (503) 583-0062.

Children

This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
